Domenic D’Arelli is a commercial real estate consultant and owner’s representative whose practice focuses on the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of commercial real estate opportunities across the country. Serving as an on-demand extension for lean development and investment teams, he combines desk-side analytical precision with rapid, nationwide field deployment.

Domenic specializes in a wide array of development site procurement with a strong emphasis on market and socio-economic research. On the analytical side, he conducts complex financial modeling with expertise in Tax Increment Financing (TIF) analysis, dynamic cash-flow underwriting, and comprehensive development pro formas. His technical project experience also extends into land use and zoning evaluation, due diligence management, and the detailed review of shopping center Reciprocal Easement Agreements (REAs).

Beyond desktop analysis, Domenic acts as an agile, nationwide “boots on the ground” resource. He provides short-notice owner’s representation across the United States—handling physical site inspections, field operations, vendor coordination, and municipal board or planning commission meetings whenever local presence is needed. In addition to his national consulting practice, Domenic offers specialized site selection, land assembly, and transaction services as a licensed real estate broker in the State of Florida.
